1. Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a gv888 player.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the gv888 Platform constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these Terms, including all amendments published on this page. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of the following events:

• Clicking the "Register" or equivalent account-creation button on the gv888 Platform;
• Making a deposit of any amount to your gv888 Account;
• Placing any wager — whether on a casino game, live dealer table, sports market, or crash game;
• Claiming any bonus, free spin, or promotional offer from gv888;
• Continuing to use the Platform following the publication of revised Terms, where gv888 has given reasonable notice of the change.

These Terms are available in English at all times via the footer link on every page of the gv888 Platform. It is your responsibility to read the current version before each session. Ignorance of the Terms does not constitute a valid defence against enforcement.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on gv888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You are 18 years of age or older.
• Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You do not already hold a registered Account on the gv888 Platform under any other name, email address, phone number, or payment method.
• Own Funds: You are depositing and wagering your own personal funds and are not acting on behalf of any third party, business, or financial institution.
• Not Self-Excluded: You have not voluntarily requested self-exclusion from the gv888 Platform or any affiliated platform operated by the same entity.
• Not a Prohibited Player: You do not meet the definition of a Prohibited Player as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All personal details provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — are accurate, current, and belong to you personally.

gv888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo ID (NID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and payment method ownership confirmation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gv888 support will result in Account suspension and potential permanent closure.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to implement device-level parental controls and to monitor household internet usage to prevent minors from accessing online gambling content. gv888 supports all responsible parental oversight measures and will cooperate with verified reports of underage access.

4. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register exactly one Account on the gv888 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using alternative identities, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings derived from Bonus Balances.

During registration, you are required to provide the following accurate information:

• Full legal name — must match your government-issued identification document;
• Date of birth — must confirm you are aged 18 or above;
• Mobile phone number — a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control, used for OTP verification and account security;
• Preferred payment method — the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account number you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals;
• Account password — a strong, unique password that you have not used for any other online service.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gv888 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify gv888 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. gv888 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

gv888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP immediately after registration. 2FA adds a critical additional layer of security by requiring a one-time passcode sent to your registered mobile number each time a login is attempted from a new device or location.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

gv888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits displayed in the gv888 cashier at the time of the transaction, which may vary by payment method and account verification level.
• Own funds only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Deposits made using payment methods registered to a third party will be refunded and may trigger an account investigation.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits typically confirm within 30 seconds. Dutch-Bangla Bank and other bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• No deposit fees: gv888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted during BST business hours are typically processed within 15–60 minutes to bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal to same method: Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This anti-money-laundering requirement applies to all players regardless of account tier.
• Pending Bonus Wagering: Withdrawals cannot be processed while a Bonus Balance with outstanding wagering requirements is active. Players may forfeit an active bonus to proceed with a withdrawal — contact support to request bonus removal before submitting a withdrawal.
• KYC verification: gv888 reserves the right to require full KYC documentation before processing any single withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000, or where cumulative withdrawals within a 30-day period exceed ৳200,000.
• Withdrawal fees: gv888 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard requests. Expedited processing requests, where offered, may incur a nominal service fee disclosed at the time of the request.

gv888 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, gv888 will contact the Player via their registered mobile number or email address to request clarification and/or supporting documentation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

gv888 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this Section.

• One bonus per player: Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits must satisfy the stated wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g., 30x) before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement and eligible games will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or partially wagered bonus credits expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account with no residual cash value.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion terms.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum single bet or spin value is ৳500 unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• gv888 right to amend or withdraw: gv888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already accepted a bonus offer and begun wagering in good faith.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered gv888 player, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or through the use of alternative personal details, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods.
• False information: Providing inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of your relationship with gv888, including during registration, KYC verification, or withdrawal processing.
• Collusion: Working with other players, agents, or third parties to exploit game mechanics, influence live dealer outcomes, or manipulate sportsbook markets in a coordinated manner.
• Software exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any unauthorised software to interact with the gv888 Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money laundering: Using the gv888 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the source, ownership, or destination of money derived from illegal activities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals via your bKash, Nagad, bank, or any other payment provider after deposits have been used for wagering. Such actions will result in immediate account closure and may be referred to the relevant financial authority.
• Harassment: Using the live chat, email, or any other communication channel provided by gv888 to threaten, harass, abuse, or intimidate gv888 staff or other players.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any content, software, branding, or data belonging to the gv888 Platform without prior written consent.

gv888 reserves the right to take immediate action upon detecting or reasonably suspecting any of the above prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: suspending your account pending investigation, permanently closing your account, forfeiting all balances (real money and bonus), blocking future registration attempts, and referring the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gv888 Platform — including but not limited to the gv888 brand name, logo, website design, colour scheme, typography, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, video, data feeds, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of gv888 or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero.

gv888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or store any portion of the Platform's content beyond what is automatically cached by your browser for display purposes;
• Distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform;
• Create derivative works, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software or game code;
• Use the gv888 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any marketing material, social media post, or third-party publication without express written permission from gv888.

Any unauthorised use of gv888's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by gv888.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gv888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable to any Player for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with:

• Financial losses from wagering: All gambling activity on the gv888 Platform involves inherent financial risk. gv888 does not guarantee any return on wagers and is not responsible for money lost through gameplay, regardless of the circumstances.
• Platform unavailability: Temporary or extended periods of Platform downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure outages.
• Game malfunctions: Any game error, display glitch, disconnection during a live dealer session, or incorrect odds display. In the event of a verified game malfunction, the relevant round will be voided and stakes returned — winnings from a malfunctioning game are not paid.
• Delayed transactions: Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions) operating outside the control of gv888.
• Unauthorised account access: Any loss arising from a third party gaining access to your gv888 Account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Indirect or consequential loss: Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or reputational damage, arising from your use of or inability to use the gv888 Platform.

Where gv888's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their gv888 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The gv888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gv888 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, accuracy of odds, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from technical errors.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

gv888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gv888 determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used in connection with fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other Irregular Activity;
• The Player has failed to satisfy an identity verification or KYC request within the specified timeframe;
• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age;
• The Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to gv888, its payment partners, or other players;
• gv888 is required to do so by a legal, regulatory, or financial compliance obligation.

Where an Account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach by the Player, any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the Account may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at the initiative of gv888 for reasons not attributable to a breach by the Player (e.g., market withdrawal), any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of standard KYC verification.

Player-Initiated Closure & Self-Exclusion

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting gv888 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion, which will result in permanent account closure with no option to reopen. 11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with principles of international online gaming law and the internal policies of gv888 as published on this Platform. gv888 operates as an entertainment platform serving the Bangladesh market and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling under any specific national jurisdiction beyond what is stated in these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between you and gv888 regarding any aspect of your Account, a transaction, a game outcome, or the interpretation of these Terms, the following process applies:

1. Informal resolution: Contact gv888 support via live chat or at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the support level, you may request escalation to the gv888 management team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". A senior review will be completed within 10 business days.
3. Final determination: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the above process, gv888's written determination, based on available records including server logs, game data, and transaction history, shall constitute the final decision of the Platform. All server-side records maintained by gv888 shall take precedence over any client-side data in the event of a discrepancy.

Players acknowledge that game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems and that gv888's server-side records represent the authoritative record of all game events, bet settlements, and financial transactions. Claims based solely on screenshots, screen recordings, or other client-side evidence will not override server records.

12. Amendments to These Terms

gv888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gv888 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include a notice displayed on the Platform homepage, an in-account notification, or a message sent to your registered mobile number. The updated Terms will be published at https://gv888.bio/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the gv888 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account. gv888 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing language, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider names — may be made without formal player notification. Such amendments do not materially affect your rights or obligations under the Agreement.
